No Bake Cakes: How to Make Tiramisu

We all love desserts. That is why we have this frustration to bake our own cakes! But, do you know there are actually no bake cakes? These desserts are hassle-free to create! One of these no bake cakes is tiramisu! Pinoy Foodie Guide will teach you how to make tiramisu!

Tiramisu Ingredients: 
6 Egg Yolks 
½ cup Sugar
600g Mascarpone 
400g Ladyfingers 
1 cup Cocoa, ready to drink (alternative coffee and Amaretto) 
Unsweetened Cocoa as a topping 
Tip: If you do not have mascarpone, substitute with: 250g full fat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (blend everything). 

How to Make Tiramisu

Tiramisu Preparation: 
1. Mix egg yolk and sugar until fluffy and add the creamy stirred mascarpone. 
2. Now mix well. 
3. Lay biscuits in a form with high sides, and sprinkle them with the cocoa-drink. Adults are also welcome to use coffee or Amaretto instead of cocoa. 
4. Spread the cream over the biscuits. 
5. Scatter the unsweetened cocoa with a colander on the cream. 6. Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator. Best overnight.
